Marks the property identified by {id} as 'not current'.
The property is not deleted from the database, but 'not current' means that it will be ignored in normal circumstances.
You may usually generate history for 'not current' properties.
Note that as of April 2013 it is allowed to mark any property as 'not current'. You may use Gateway/Refresh if you want to restore any accidentally marked properties.
